“Beautiful sounds… What a voice” – BBC INTRODUCING SOLENT
Hannah Robinson is a singer-songwriter from the south coast of England, whose music blends her distinctive voice with her nonchalant, rhythmic guitar style, and lyrics rich with imagery.
Hannah’s latest release - ‘Holding Up The Sky’, a five-track EP released in April 2025 - has seen her work once more with longtime collaborator and co-producer Steve Smith, legendary guitarist Robbie McIntosh (Paul McCartney, The Pretenders), bassist and singer Phil Brickell (Jon Allen, Kenney Jones), and drummer Paul Beavis (Andy Fairweather Low, Thea Gilmore). As with Hannah’s previous releases, the songs have been mixed by Paul Stacey (Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Black Crowes).
Since 2018, Hannah’s studio and live session work has included singing and playing guitar and percussion for John Illsley (founding member of Dire Straits), touring the UK and Europe. Hannah also performs backing vocals, guitar, and percussion for legendary guitarist Robbie McIntosh, singer-songwriter Jack Francis, and American singer Miko Marks.
