The Courtiers

The Courtiers are a Portsmouth based four piece Celtic folk band. They draw on traditional music influences from both sides of the Atlantic to create a lively and eclectic mix of foot-stomping sounds.

Regulars within their local folk scene and various festivals, they are known for their energy, musicianship and entertaining banter (not to mention their secret weapon, the foot-based percussive wizardry that leaves audiences both tapping their feet and scratching their heads!)

Simon Cattermole – Bouzouki, 5-string banjo, vocals
