All ticket delivery is by email.

Please note The Ticket Sellers will send you your ticket with a barcode to the email
address you used to purchase them, just before next year’s festival.

If you change your email address you will need to contact Ticket Sellers using the info below.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns or rollovers etc.

If you follow the LINK to our ticket info and refund policy page you will find

that you can purchase insurance through XCOVER

Disabled tickets:

If you wish to apply for a carer or camping ticket please buy your ticket in the normal
way then contact The Ticket Sellers with your ticket order and proof of PIP/DLA.
If you qualify this will be added to your account for scanning on arrival.
This will give you access to the disabled camping, or parking if not staying.
